Contacted Deltawatt in a panic my electric oven would not turn off. Spoke to Jamie who was immediately calming and reassuring. The end result was I decided on a new oven as the one I had was very old and had stopped heating properly. Jamie attended and not only arranged and collected the new oven the next day, but removed and took away the broken oven and fitted my new one. Happy Days. Thank you Jamie and Mason, his trainee.
